shared office 365 calendar not showing up on iphone
We've been looking forward to this feature for a long time. So I have the opposite question - I created a shared calendar on my Outlook (which I actually don't need access to), but it is showing up on my phone and driving me crazy. Instead of creating it under the company email address, why not create it as a resource calendar instead? This has been a huge gap in the apps for years - really hope it can be added for Outlook for iOS/Android: go to settings, open shared calendar, type in the name of the individuals name and if you have permissions, it opens - just like on Outlook. If you have a shared Google calendar that you only need access to every once in a while, so you don't want it on your iPhone, you can un-sync it. On iPhones you are lucky for it to be wonky at best. One other caveat we ran into all the time was that calendar events added via the iphone would not (always) sync back into Outlook, but adding the event in Outlook would sync it into the iPhone calendar.
